Men and women are equal in the eyes of Allah and have same rights as Humans

Men and women are equal in the eyes of Allah and have same rights as Humans. Some Imam's narrators and translators twist the meanings of Quran to proof that woman are less than men as humans and have lesser rights than humans where as they are the same in the eyes of Allah as humans and share same rights however since they are physically different they have different capabilities and responsibilities in which they differ and Allah has mentioned the best suited responsibilities based on gender. Below mentioned are few examples on how the translator has twisted the meaning of Quran.

Ayah 2-228

Translation of Tahir ul Qadri

Translation of Yousuf Ali
"Divorced women shall wait concerning themselves for three monthly periods. Nor is it lawful for them to hide what Allah Hath created in their wombs, if they have faith in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands have the better right to take them back in that period, if they wish for reconciliation. And women shall have rights similar to the rights against them, according to what is equitable; but men have a degree (of advantage) over them. And Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise."
________________________________________________________________________________
Basically this Ayah talk about how women should wait for 3 months before they can do Nikah and men can do it immediately. In this sense men has advantage over women, its not that they are superior because of this. They are equal in the eyes of Allah for their virtue and as a human but as they have different bodies and capabilities, they are expected to do different duties and activities which doesn't make women inferior. But while reading different translations I come to know that the translators have different mind sets and they translate according to their thinking and views. We must be very careful while reading translations and read many at the same time to be sure.

There Is No Such Thing As Evil Eye

The problem of evil eye or (Nazar lag jana in Urdu) has a very deep impact on our lives. We Pakistani's have lived with Hindus for such along time that their traditions and cultures has rooted in ours like it was ours from the very start.

Halal Meat in the Qur'an - Compilation of Ayah related to Halal Haram eating in Islam

Whenever a Muslim moves to another country where Zabiha meat is not commonly available in supermarkets and restaurants they get suspisicous and stop eating anything made with meat from outside and buy only Zabihah meat from a Halal shop or a grocery store.

Some people get confused further because they see some Muslims eat meat from outside and they think its Halal. I have compiled all other Ayah's in Quran related to Halal and Haram eating in Quran.  I have removed the text within brackets so its not misleading. Also, I am not giving any conclusion or verdict, if you are here you should read all Ayahs and see what you think about it.

2:173 -He hath only forbidden you dead meat, and blood, and the flesh of swine, and that on which any other name hath been invoked besides that of Allah. But if one is forced by necessity, without wilful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits,- then is he guiltless. For Allah is Oft-forgiving Most Merciful.

Brackets اور ترجمہ قرآن

Read it with and without brackets and see how the translators manipulate our minds by putting brackets in Quranic translations. They want us to think what they think and to prove that they will do everything to change the meaning of one simple Ayah. This is just one example.

ISRA & MIRAJ fact in light of Quran

While the Isra did happen (17:1, 53:1-18), fairytales associated with it do not make any sense when scrutinized under Quran's light. First I will sum up this story, and then I will take a look at it Quranicly.
This story is usually called in Muslim literature the story of al-isra'a and al-mi'raj or the prophet Muhammad quit night journey (al-isra'a) from Mecca to al-masjid al-aqsa (the farthest mosque) in Jerusalem, then his ascension to heaven (al-mi'raj) and his return in few minutes back to Mecca. They said it happened on 27th night of Rajab (the 7th lunar month) in 621 AD (Muhammad was then 50-year old).

Real Essence of Zakat in light of QURAN

Like many other concepts of faith and acts of worship in Islam, Zakat too has been severely distorted and misjudged by our "scholars" throughout the history.

Zakat along with Contact Prayer (Salat) is one of THE most important acts of worship for a believer. GOD tells:

"My mercy encompasses all things, but I will specify it for the righteous who give Zakat" (7:156).

Understanding the Arabic Language does not Mean One Understands the Qur'an

The majority of the people assume that if one understands the Arabic language, it means he is capable of understanding the Qur'an. They are also quick to dismiss anyone who has a point to make about the Quran's Verses, if they are not an Arab or do not speak Arabic. A consistent feature of these sorts of people is that they themselves know little about the Qur'an because they never attempt to research the Qur'an directly. This is because of an intentionally induced inferiority complex of not knowing Arabic which gives them the excuses they need to stay distant from the Qur'an, as well as due to some other vain excuses. They never attempt to understand the Verses of the Qur'an themselves. All of their views on the Qur'an are formed entirely by following other people and texts written by those whose trust they assume. They have only read the Qur'an's Verses in text books in the context created by their trusted writers, or otherwise read the Arabic Verses in ritualistic recitation, or in prayer without understanding them. Sometimes, he feels he has done enough by reading the translation of the few Verses he recites frequently in prayer.

Reading the Qur'an but Practising Something Else

There is a prevalent culture among Muslims where they only view the Qur'an as a way of gaining reward for reciting out loud the Arabic words correctly. Such people think that they hold the Qur'an in high esteem, but this only keeps them away from studying the Qur'an as they should. Parents teach their children how to pronounce the Arabic words and send their children to evening schools to learn to recite the Qur'an correctly. Such people do not deny the importance of the Qur'an, but their idea of the role of the Qur'an is extremely mistaken and shallow.
